Keke, this was what I had for lunch yesterday. Black sesame glutinous balls in peanut soup~ The glutinous balls were yummeh~ the peanut soup not so.
I don't know why it's called ahboling though... Anyone knows?
Don't know why...but I don't have much of an appetite during lunch recently.
Dinner is fine though, we had our C&S Lines Christmas dinner yesterday at Ritz Greenhouse. It's only my second time there, both times with Eric! We have a wonderful boss. =)
The service there was excellent, but only the manager's though. All the 'ka kias' were kinda blur and forgot our drinks...
I had taken a bowl of mushroom soup, but only finished half of it, because I thought it was too salty and not flavorful enough.
After the bowl had been sitting there for a while (no one seemed to want to clear it), I asked the manager to clear it for me, as he was also clearing the empty glasses on my table.
With a smile, he cleared it, and he asked if it was not nice, I didn't hear him clearly the first time, so I asked him to repeat what he said. He repeated it with a smile (the smile again!), and I said that the soup was too salty and it wasn't flavorful enough.
He then apologised and said that he will feedback it to the chef.
So sweet right? Haha, but I wonder if he was just 'fu yan'-ing me.
After that, Eric sent us back via cab, I dropped off at Kovan and met Deardear for his dinner~ *sorrydeardearneverbringyougoeathaoliao* Next time k? =D
