Heh... I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about. Ytd's soccer match between Singapore and Malaysia. I didn't catch it. Wasn't sure if I would enjoy it.
But, there I was, busy at my computer when I suddenly heard loud cheers coming from outside my bedroom window. And cheers coming from my television.
So I went out to the living room to see what happened, turns out that Singapore and Malaysia were having their penalty shootout.
Malaysia was on their last penalty kick, and our dear Singapore goalkeeper, Lionel Lewis saved it! Woot! Hero of the match!
Even though he did let in one goal earlier, he more than made up for it by saving the penalty kick. xD
So, Singapore's through to the finals of the Asean Cup~
I think this bodes well for their 2016 World Cup vision.

Rainy day today. Great day to slack! ^^
Was raining when I reached Woodlands this morning. Luckily I had my Reebok jacket with me. The hood came in handy today. ^^
Slacking at home today. A's at work.
Took some bo liao pictures. Haha. And I realised, I'm a darn lousy photographer. Wahaha.
Plate of tiny mandarin oranges. Yummy, darn sweet! And the plate costs only $1.00. From Ikea! xD I'm a supporter of Ikea. Heh.
View from my window...I love to see the raindrops falling... =)
On the phone with A. imu.
Today, it's only me and Tweety. =D
Heh. This is damn funny.
Kinda racist, but really funny. Heehee.
Met A for breakfast today before he started his work at 12pm. =) Thank you for breakfast. *muacks*
On the way home, I read this article in today's weekendToday paper, "S'pore's ticket to big meet - its trains". Apparently, there was a six-man delegation from the Union Internationale de Transport Public (UITP) who came to Singapore on a two-day visit to assess the possible location for their 2011 UTIP World Congress and Mobility & City Transport Exhibition. (whew, that was a long title)
They opted to take our humble MRT from Changi Airport to their hotel in the city. And apparently, they were impressed with the train ride during the peak hours.
This is what they commented on after the ride:
We had a very easy access to the train. You don't (have to) carry the luggage very long. The stations are modern, well-lit and very clean... You don't have a Japanese situation where students are pushing in the trains, which is rather good.
Everything is true, what they said. But, that last point...pretty curious.
Which just kinda makes me wonder...just when were they taking the trains? Was it really during the peak hours? Because it just doesn't sound like the peak hour MRT situations that I know and hate.
We won't have the students pushing. We have our office workers and aunties, uncles for that.
Seriously, I think Singapore's public transport system is well-planned.
But it doesn't really function really well in real life when we have commuters who squeeze and push their way in, before other people get off the train, people who are aspiring pole dancers who thinks they are the only one who can use the poles, people who are just generally rude and inconsiderate.
Anyway, rude people aside, I think it'd be awesome if we get to host this meet. Give Singapore more exposure and stuff like that.
By the way, I wonder what happened to our gracious society campaigns?

Brrr. It's cold! While I was walking home after alighting from the bus just now, the wind was so strong and cold! Kinda reminded me of when I was in Macau that time. Cold cold~
Anyway, good news! I got a job! Together with Celeste, my colleague. At a shipping company where one of our ex-colleague is working at now. Wahaha. I hope it'll just be like old days, where we'll have fun! Wee!
While I am very excited and happy to have found a new job, I also feel kinda sad at the same time. Sad that I will be leaving my wonderful temp / perm colleagues. Come to think of it, I've already been there for almost six months! Time really flies~ I think I'll really miss them. We've been having so much fun at work these past months...
Something unpleasant happened today... I just hope everything's resolved already. And that it won't affect our relationship cos I'm sure we all treasure the friendship that we have cultivated over these past few months. Friends! =)
Didn't meet A today for dinner. Wanna save $. =X Hee. But I miss him...
, A surprised me at Woodlands bus interchange! Lol.
I was on the escalator when he suddenly touched my back. Scared me... T_T
He purposely stayed up the whole night, so that he can reach there in time to send me to work.
Aww...so sweet! But I think it might also be a chance for him to play his Diablo. Heehee. =X
But, thank you so much deardear...I really appreciate it. You, sacrificing your precious sleeptime to send me to work. Somemore it's so far... ilusm. =)
Ytd, we went for breakfast together. ^^ Then for dinner, we went back to Woodland's pasar malam, and bought some snacks. We then came back to my house for dinner, cos my mom cooked. Save $ also. Hee. =X
Ah...I'm feeling really blissed. Even though sometimes, we have our differences and arguments, I know you love me, and I love you too. We're gonna try to help each other to improve and change our bad habits k? We must
Anyway, I'm so so so excited and I can't wait to start my job! I hope I'll be up to it.
Wish me luck again~

I'm gonna go call A now. Gd night!
My new com's arrived ytd! So happy. ^^ Even though the CPU looks ugly, it's ok, cos I can change it anyway! Hee.
Anyway, ytd was really fun! A came over to my house and we made red packet lanterns! Still uncompleted...cos there's so much work to be done. >< But the lanterns are looking goood! xD
We had lunch and dinner at my house. ^^ Mom cooked really delicious braised meat. YUM! Makes me hungry just thinking about it. -drools-

Went to find A for dinner ytd. ^^ I'm kinda 'sian' of the food at Marina Sq already. =X But they do have some nice food. =P
Yippee! My new computer's coming today! Together with higher connection speed. Woohoo!
And A's coming over too.
We're just gonna slack today.
After settling my computer stuffs, we're gonna make lanterns for Chinese New Year! Hehe. A's gonna teach me. ^^
But it sounds kinda easy. Maybe I can make one better than him. Hah! =X
Anyway, I'm so excited! Wee!
Brr. It's so cold. I'm already feeling cold even with the fan OFF. But I love this kind of weather actually. Especially if I'm staying at home, like today. ^^
New blog skin. ^^
Kinda expresses how I feel towards him. It's so true. That point just kinda hit me one sunny day a few weeks or months ago, during one of our quarrels. I felt really...relieved, cos I'd been feeling unsure for a while...but now I know...I've found him. =)
A's busy working, never even reply my msg! Don't wanna friend him anymore. -hmph-
=X Just kidding.
So far, I'm loving 2007. xD
Everything's fine and dandy between me and A. I love him more than ever!
My bro's being more civilised to me.
My new computer's coming, with a faster speed!
I love my colleagues.
I just need a new job. Job hunt - ON!
Heh, all things great, with the exception of the financial aspect.
But then again, one can never have enough money, eh?
Been spending much much time with A. He was sick last Sunday, just when I was recovering. High fever somemore, much more serious than me. :( But he's ok now. *muacks*
He had 2 days MC on Monday and Tuesday. And on Wednesday, he went back to work. But...it's his off day. LOL! So blur de my dear dear. T_T He then came over to find me or lunch, and he came back to fetch me from work. So nice of him, I felt so blissful. Heehee. *muacks* Thank you. ^^ Dinner at home. We went to CWP to buy sambal sotong to add to our dishes. I also bought a diary/organiser. ^^
Received my "new" Canon camera on Thurs! So happy! Hee. Went to find A for dinner and to pass him to camera. ^^
Ytd, we went to visit his grandparents, then we went to Bugis, Sim Lim Square to buy the wireless adapter for my brother's computer. Just signed up for Singnet's 5mbps wireless plan and got a free com. Wahaha. Damn shiok.
We bought red packets too! Not for putting money, but for making lanterns. Hee. A's gonna teach me. xD
Anyway, today's Sunday. I think I'm gonna rest at home. I'm feeling sooo lazy.
I'm sure that I have mentioned somewhere in this blog that I hate being sick. :(
Why is it that I always manage to fall sick at the beginning of the year?
Fever, sore throat and flu. -argh-
It happened last year too. :( And I didn't even party this year. Bleah.
Anyway, now A is sick too! Poor dear. :( *hugs* Please take care of yourself, hao mah? I'll be worried. ilu.
Slacked at home the whole day.
It was my dad's 3rd anniversary. After praying, had my meal and slept. How time flies. I can't believe it's been three years...
Anyway, it seems like my mom likes A. We've been out once with my mom, he's came over for dinner a few times, and even stayed overnight twice! Hee. I'm so glad that my mom's ok with him...I only wish my dad could have met him.
Ok, I'm gonna go call A.

Ok lah, not really madness, but managed to catch Charlotte's Web, Eragon, A Night at the Museum and Death Note 2 within the festive season last year! From Christmas to New Year 2007. Heh. I loved all the movies!!
My favourite among all would have to be A Night at the Museum followed by Charlotte's Web, Death Note 2 then Eragon. ^^ Great movies with great company. ^^
Anyway, I can't believe it's already 2007.
I'm gonna be one year older in 10 more months!
So looking forward to Chinese New Year and V-Day!
Slack day today.
