We had no programs today, so after Mr Toh woke up, he suggested that we go cycling!
So...after getting ready, off we go!
Our destination: Paya Lebar, Fei Fei Wanton Mee, a place that Mr Toh and his friends often frequents.
But I found that the noodles were so-so, the char siew was dry and the wanton was too salty. Their fried youtiao was good though.
After that, we set off to East Coast! East Coast is super near Hougang! It's just a straight road down! Albeit a long long road.
East Coast was freaking crowded today! And it didn't help that A LOT of people didn't care about the difference between the paths for walking and cycling/rollerblading... Tsk.
We stopped at Mac for drinks..and a funny thing happened.
There was this group of ladies sitting beside us, when a Pizza Hut delivery guy came up to them...delivering their pizzas! LOL! Such a funny sight.
Mr Toh then brought me to Bedok Jetty. Lots of stars tonight...and the night view was fabulous! Plenty of people with their families were there too...picnicking and fishing. Lots of couples too...we saw a particular couple very into their own world. Free "show"! Hahah!
It was around 21:30 when we had to go to the toilet...lol...so we decided to head home after a toilet break.
On the way home, we mostly rode on the road...pretty scary stuff...but it was still alright as most cars will give way to us, except for some CB drivers.
Mr Toh warned me to be specially careful of taxis. Because if a taxi bang us and their paint job got scratched, they have insurance to cover! Lol!!
Relaxing at the prata kopitiam now... But my gear is having some problems! So sad...gonna have to fix it later.
This was a memorable and special Christmas and a thoroughly enjoyable one!
Dad's getting married tmr...congrats are in order! Buffet at their home tmr and night riding with the guys... Wee!
