Ok, I know I'm slow. Very slow. But it's only because I didn't catch the finals last week. I only managed to watch the repeat just now. ><
I must say, Hady truly deserves to win.
In terms of look, both looks really good. Can't really compare lah, they both appeal to different people.
But, in terms of vocals, Hady is definitely stronger and better.
I love his rendition of "You Gave Me Wings"! Truly inspiring. Actually, all the songs he sang lah.
This season's finals are SO much better than last year's.
I was a Jonathan supporter at first, but really, after watching the finals, I was a convert! -haha-
But they both are truly winners.
Anyway, stayed at home the whole day today. Did my mask and hair treatment. Hee.
Char should be back from Taipei already. Heh. Meeting up next week. Can't wait!

John Tucker Must Die is a great movie! It's SO hilarious! Loved the show, 4/5 stars ^^
Anyway, had dinner on Sunday night with A's family again. This time we had a simple meal at this coffeeshop at Tampines. Wanted to bring the mooncakes for his grandma, but it was too late already, so A sent me back to Woodlands, and we walked around the pasar malam.
I bought the mooncakes after work last Thursday, and brought it to him. From Tunglok. It seems like the new flavour for this year is macadamia nuts. Sounds yummy. Gave one box to his dad, and gonna bring the other box to his grandma tmr. ^^ And he's coming over on Sunday. Hee. It's all planned already. xD
Anyway, while we were walking, we suddenly smelt something stinky. It smelt like fermented beancurd, aka smelly tofu. I thot A wanted to eat it, so we tried to find the stall, but just couldn't see it anywhere. As it turns out, the stall was isolated in one corner of the pasar malam, all by itself. So poor thing. I wonder if she'll have enough customers.
Hmmm.....been really confused and stressed lately. Mainly due to my mom pressuring me to find a full time job and other stuff. Bleah.
Growing up is a pain.

Bought a set of DVD ytd at Tampines interchange!
It's the Korean drama, Princess Hours. I won't be able to catch it on Channel U everyday, so I bought the DVD instead. Heh.

Bought another top / dress today.
Only @ $14 after a 50% discount. Wee.

Bored.
I'm supposed to be doing something very important right now. But you know how it is, I get distracted easily and I NEED the distraction, if not, I'll just keel over and die right on my keyboard.

A's working right now. Might be going down later to meet up with him and his friends. One of his buddy's birthday tmr and they're gonna celebrate it tonight. But...see what plans they have first. ^^
Went down to Carpenter St ytd. Was supposed to be meeting Chris. But turns out that she wasn't there when I reached. Saw someone else from my course instead, nv spoke to her before, but she's pretty friendly. Like, duh, hospitality grad.
Anyway, I don't know what to feel. It's like, I feel cheated. TWICE.
Once was the dinner and the friend thing. Second was this. I really don't know. I would have been there ytd night even if you weren't there. I would have gone to dinner with you even if I knew what you were planning.
I mean, is there really the need to lie to me to get me down there? You keep claiming 'friends of 3 years', then why lie? You say it's for my own good, then why lie? You say you wanna help me, then why lie?
I know, I have no guts to says it to your face. This is my only outlet. I don't even know if you read my blog or not.

A owes me $4000.
On the train, on the way back ytd, he ate a packet of vanilla flavoured Hello Panda, which had a total of 8 biscuits inside. $500 for one bite, so that amounts to $4000.
I'm collecting the fine on behalf of SMRT.

Met up with Chris ytd for dinner @ New York New York. Shared a ceasar salad and a chicken! Had a Fried Mars Bar all on my own. -YUMMY- Pure indulgence, I tell you.
But I only enjoyed my second Mars bar, the first one wasn't crispy at all, as in the outside batter is supposed to be crispy. I told the trainee supervisor about it, and he changed a new one for me. Funny how I felt kinda paiseh. -.-
But service was pretty good. All the servers were so courteous~
Enjoyed my dinner. ^^
Meeting up with Chris again tonight for 'bizznazz'!

Just got back from a movie and dinner date with A. ^^ He came and fetched me from work.
I brought him to Pepper Lunch @ Dhoby Xchange! He doesn't eat beef, but he tried the salmon instead. His salmon got overcooked though. >< Anyone knows how not to let the salmon get overcooked?!
After eating, we walked over to The Cathay where we caught The Banquet, starring Ziyi Zhang (I think it's dumb how her name is phrased now, but whatever.), Ge You, Zhou Xun and Daniel Wu. Quite a strong cast. Beautiful graphics and effects. Stupid ending though. :( But overall, great show~
A then sent me home. ^^

His Yellow Chix Curry. nice! Spicy, yet not too spicy and the chicken was really tender!
My Pat Thai! Delicious! I love the glass noodles. Quite a big serving too.
Thai fried squid. Which came first? Thai fried squid or Italian calamari? Heh. Chewy and the texture's kinda different. Nice to chew chew on. =P
Btw, A's selling his guitar. A Yamaha CG-101, for $150. Price is negotiable! Can either tag me or call my handphone for more details. ^^

Met up with A after work on Thurs, cos he wasn't working.
We headed to Orchard, Taka for some Crystal Jade La Mian and xiao long baos!
The food is darn nice! I loved everything! Hee. He liked the food too. ^^
We both love good food~
Walked around Taka after our meal and bought some doughnuts! Super cute box, but, it didn't taste very nice... :(
There was this lion dance competition being held outside Taka, seemed like a competition for younger guys, maybe secondary school level. Lotsa bengs and lians around. -lol- =X
Continued walking over to Heeren, bought a holder for our pictures, at this shop at level 4. ^^
AND THEN I SAW A TWEETY BIRD on the shelf! Actually, it was A who saw it first, then pointed it out to me. Darn cute lor! It's a hugeeee baby Tweety! Darn darn darn cute! I love Tweety. (and you too. ^^)
The price's $49.90. Kinda steep.
As much as I love Tweety, I couldn't bear to spend that much $ on a soft toy. -sigh-
We still had some time to kill before meeting up with his colleagues for KTV, so we had a drink at Orange Julius.

Wee! I caught Snakes on Plane and Monster House over the past week. Great shows! Both shows were great! <3
Monster House made me cry. Watch it and you'll know why. =) Lovely show. Very funny too.

*sigh*
How does it feel to miss someone?
The feeling sucks.
But yet, there is this feeling of anticipation. Like you can't wait till the next meet up, and give the person a great big hug.
I'm missing A.
And I'm missing my babes. Especially Char. That tag made me realise just how many things I have to tell her. And I wanna hear all about her stay in the US too! So exciting~
Working again tmr. I like my job. Doesn't require too much thoughts. =X I don't like to think too much. Which might explain why my STM is getting worse.
As for finding a full time permanent job, I'll take it one step at a time. I don't wanna get a job that I'll regret. So, no hurry. I can even temp forever. =X *kidding*
I'm having a headache planning my birthday this year.
It's my 21st so...I wanna make it special or at least, memorable.
NTUC chalets are fully booked for the period that I want...I know, I know, I left the booking till too late. :(
Now my only options are country clubs or hotel rooms. I don't think a hotel room would be very feasible.
