Darn cold today...I love this weather actually. Especially when I'm at home. =)

Today was my last day of work @ my temporary job.

It's been great, these past 6 months. Lots of ups and downs. But I learnt alot. And the people here are really nice. I'm just really glad that I got to know them.

Received a few presents today from them...hee. Did I mention I love receiving presents? =X I love the presents, each and every one of them. Went for dinner @ Carl's Jr with Shili and Celeste. Hmm...
I think that was a bad idea. Sore throat and cough's still not getting any better. *argh*

Anyway...

Tmr will be a new phase of my life.

The day I start my first permanent job.

I'm so excited and yet I'm so scared! So nervous.

I hope everyone will be nice and that everything will go smoothly for me and Celeste.

Malaysia - JB trip

We didn't take much pictures here...like, nothing much to take. =X But most of the pictures are of me! Hee.

Food finally came!

The food in Singapore's Secret Recipe just can't be compared.

My prawn macaroni. Damn damn damn nice! Not too cheesy, just nice, prawns were fresh and big. YUM!

Deardear's black pepper chicken chop with rice. Nice too, just that the pepper sauce was kinda too peppery. YUM!

Our dessert, cheesecake. Not bad...

Deardear ordered white chocolate macadamia cake as well, the cake that I had for my 21st bday celebration...but, it wasn't very nice. The 'skin' had a funny taste.

But overall, it was a fabulous lunch!

We then went to Orchard, decided to go shopping @ Far East Plaza. Got thirsty after awhile, and deardear bought Mango Lingo for us. ^^

My appetizer, Baked “Burgundy” Snails A La Provencal. YUM.

Deardear's appetizer, Velouté Of Bresse Chicken And Wild Mushroom Cappuccino. His appetizer was DAMN NICE!

My main course, Braised Lamb Shoulder And Roasted Rack Baeckeoffe Style. Not nice to me...I didn't like the sauce.

Deardear's main course, Cotelette Of Korobuta Pork Tenderloin. It was ok...the meat kinda tough.

Dessert!

Mine, Caramelized Apple And Cider Jelly. Not bad...kinda sourish and sweet.

Deardear's dessert, Marinated Pineapple In Vanilla. I kinda forgot the taste...lol. Average ah..

Whew. Been really busy these past two weeks. Busy with Vday and CNY! Heh.

Quick updates:

For Vday, we pre-celebrated it on 10th Feb as both of us were working on Vday itself. A came and fetched me from my home in the afternoon, with a beautiful bouquet of tulips. I love it so so so much! No nice movies to watch so we went for KTV, and I really enjoyed myself. I really felt at ease singing in front of him. =)
Dinner at Jaan, Equinox @ Swissotel Stamford. Awesome experience. I truly felt like a princess for that day. All thanks to A, who made that day SO special for me.

So, been busy visiting this CNY. A came along with me to most of the places too. Hee. I just feel so blessed. This has truly been a wonderful CNY for me. Too bad I'm going back to work tmr. Argh!

Ok...gonna go get some rest. Haven't been having enough sleep these few days. T_T Too much visting, late night movies and supper. Not to mention waking up DARN EARLY these past few days too. T_T

Went Chomp Chomp for the first time today. Met up with A and his friend after work, walk walk around, the guys were looking for buddha pendants.
The food was great! Delicious sambal stingray and sotong! And the HUGE mugs of sugar cane juice! As huge as the ones in JB but at S$3 each. Damn expensive too. ><
Then they sent me home, too full now. ><

Went JB on Thurs night. Stayed there till Sat afternoon. I can't believe how much we spent. >< *stress* But it was really fun. Eat and shop and eat and shop and eat and shop! Hee. Damn shiok~ New York Hotel rocks, by the way. Rooms are big and clean! Pretty new too, with a darn nice view! ^^ Enjoyed myself thoroughly. xD

Attended A's cousin's wedding on Sat night at Ritz Carlton. Wasn't very fun though. And I felt the food wasn't very nice too, even though we had really good food, like abalone and sharks fin. Only some dishes were nice. Oh well. At least it was an experience.

So...been pretty busy this past weekend. Vday and CNY is coming!
